Whether you work with broilers, turkeys, breeders or layers, cleaning and disinfecting is a chore everyone has to think about. The first portion of this session will be a presentation/discussion and the last portion will be on-farm. Join Perennia specialist Heather McLean and speaker David Van Walleghem to discuss different types of cleaners and disinfectants, what challenge they are most effective against, how they work and how to choose the right product for the job at hand. Dave will share tips and tricks related to product usage to simplify the task and make it as effective as possible.
The session will also include insect and rodent control, covering various products available for use in pest management programs, and how/why these products work. This will include a review of the key insect and rodent lifecycles and how to use the products efficiently.

Registration is necessary.  Please see the poster for details.
