    We have two registration options for the agriculture community. 

    In person registration includes access to all sessions, refreshments and lunches and includes the Minister’s reception. Virtual registration is included so registrants have access to all the sessions online – during and after the conference. Please note the early bird deadline! 

    Virtual registration is perfect for those who need the flexibility to attend the conference on their own schedule. Registrants can attend sessions, post questions, have access to background materials and be able to interact with other registrants, sponsors and exhibitors.

    To ensure the safety of all participants, we must adhere to the Halifax Convention Centre’s COVID Vaccine policy stipulating that guests twelve and up entering the convention space will be required to show proof of vaccination. (Read the policy) 

    If the current situation changes, and the in-person event cannot take place, we will pivot to being fully online and the following processes will take place: 

    • For in-person exhibitors – you will be offered an online trade show space; if you don’t wish to participate virtually, the cost of your in-person trade show space will be refunded. 
    • For in-person exhibitors with the virtual add-on – you will be refunded the cost of the in-person trade show space.  
    • For in-person registrants – you are already registered online and you will switch to a virtual registration. No refunds will be offered.
