Session Description

This webinar is geared for the small to medium primary producer/processor who is making the leap to retail or is concerned about producing a safe, quality product and do not know where to start. Elaine will give participants a basic overview of where to find the regulations needed for both Nova Scotia and Federal, what prerequisite programs and process controls (PC) you should have in place and the importance of food safety culture in this process.
