Session Description

The CanadaGAP full session workshops will cover all requirements in CanadaGAP version 10.0. These workshops are for businesses that want a more comprehensive review of the CanadaGAP requirements.  

CanadaGAP is a GFSI-recognized food safety program developed to promote Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) for Fresh Fruit and Vegetable suppliers who produce, pack and store and Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP programs for repackers and wholesalers. Perennia is partnering with Kim Best from Prospect Agri-Services to offer three virtual CanadaGAP training workshops outlining the version 10.0 requirements.

Kim Best, Prospect Agri-Services

Kim Best is an Auditor and Trainer on the CanadaGAP food safety program and has been involved with the program since its inception in 2006. Kim has extensive agronomic experience from over 30 years of horticultural crop research and conducts many annual audits in horticulture as well as livestock commodities.
