Elizabeth Vézina

Elizabeth Vézina is the Fisheries Engagement Specialist for the Canadian Wildlife Federation based out of Halifax, NS. She has been working with the fishing industry since the beginning of her career in various roles with non-profit organizations and with Fisheries and Oceans Canada. Elizabeth has a Masters of Marine Management from Dalhousie University, and extensive experience in Maritime fisheries through her work as a marine technician on vessels for both inshore and offshore fisheries. Elizabeth has been leading CWF's gear modification trial work since its beginning in 2019 and oversees the recently launched CanFISH Gear Lending Program.
