Emily Page, BSc Food Science, Cert. Business
Emily assists clients in developing food products with processes such as formulation development, commercialization scale-up, nutritional labelling and shelf-life determination.
Emily graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor’s in Food Science. In her undergraduate program, she obtained experience in quality control, regulatory, research assistantship and product development. She brings a wide variety of skills and knowledge to the Perennia team. Emily also completed a Certificate in Business with the University of Guelph, which helps her understand business decisions, cost evaluation and marketing plans that may affect client decisions throughout the food product development process.
Emily’s home province is Ontario, but she is excited to live in the Maritimes and help develop Nova Scotia agriculture industry.
