Seafood Development Officer
Marilyn O’Neil has joined Perennia for the next three years as the Seafood Development Officer focusing on program development in the seafood industry. Marilyn’s experience is in the development of the food sector in both agriculture and fisheries. She was co-founder of the Taste of Nova Scotia program and has worked to develop programs and capacity in both the local and international marketplace. She is also an internationally certified Project Manager.
Marilyn’s most recent position was Manager of Fisheries Operations with the Nova Scotia Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture.
Marilyn’s skill in relationship management and knowledge of the seafood industry are assets that will assist Perennia as we continue to develop the seafood file.
