There is nothing worse for a food processor than having a new product sidelined or a current product delisted or called into question because the proper laboratory analysis services weren’t performed.  Laboratory analysis of ingredients and products is performed to determine chemical, physical and microbiological properties. The technical team at Perennia’s Innovation Centre can work with you to perform routine analysis or perform customized method development.
