This initiative is an educational and skills development program on food safety issues and topics for agriculture producers and agri-food or beverage processors in Nova Scotia.  This will include fact sheets, email questions, publications, in-person and virtual training, reference materials, videos, etc.  The information, workshops, resources, FAQs, etc. will evolve and will be added to over time.  To see the resources currently available please see the Food Safety Resource web page.
