Jeff Mullen

Jeff Mullen is the Director of Enterprise Development for the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) in Nova Scotia.  He specifically manages a team of professionals to make investments in all types of business initiatives and activities, from research and development, trade and investment, to productivity and access to capital. This includes assessing industry trends and opportunities, project assessment for technical and financial viability, and management including mitigation measures deploying capital in regional start up/commercialization ecosystems.
