
John Cranfield
John Cranfield is the Associate Dean for External Relations in the Ontario Agricultural College at the University of Guelph, and a Professor in the Department of Food, Agricultural and Resource Economics. His research focuses on the economics of food and agricultural markets, with particular emphasis on consumer behaviour and demand analysis. John is the University lead for the University of Guelph's Foundation in Agricultural Management, a collaborative partnership between the university, RBC, and Farm Credit Canada, a course that aims to build the business management skills of farmers in Canada.Â
