Paula Fortune

Paula Fortune is co-owner with her husband Eric Rochefort of Salt Spray Farm in Terre Noire, Cape Breton. Both chefs by trade, Paula and Eric worked in British Columbia and Alberta before returning to their home in Nova Scotia to revitalize a neglected farm. In 2019, they began to produce and sell Salt Spray Farm salad dressing in two flavours which has seen success across Cape Breton and beyond.
