Vice Chair

Noël Després is President & CEO, Comeau Seafoods Ltd and has over 30 years of progressive experience with Comeau’s. His prior experience includes serving as an Officer in the Canadian Armed Forces assigned to the 1976 Olympics and service in Cypress. He graduated from Université Sainte-Anne with a Bachelor of Arts. Presently Noël chairs the Saulnierville Harbour Authority as well as the Fisheries Safety Association of Nova Scotia. He is also a director of the Parish of Sacred Heart in Saulnierville and of the Health Medical Foundation of Clare.
