Public and Customized Food Safety Training Courses

Perennia offers a number of public training courses each year, the majority offered under an exclusive partnership with NSF International (formerly Guelph Food Technology Centre) to offer their courses in the Maritimes. It is important to Perennia to make training accessible to Maritime companies that would otherwise require a plane ticket to Ontario or farther.

Perennia’s E-learning Sessions: Food Safety Fundamentals

Perennia understands that it can sometimes be difficult to make it to in-person courses for food safety staff and small processors – work still needs to  be done! That’s why we developed this services of fundamental e-learning sessions. Sessions take an average of two hours or less and can be completed in the comfort of your home or office in small manageable chunks of time. Introductory Skills for Creating your Food Safety Program is the first course in the program and is a prerequisite for the others. Once you’ve completed it you can take any of the others in whatever order appeals to you.
