There will be a webinar held in conjunction with the Nova Scotia Department of Fisheries and Aquaculture Minister’s Conference. Join us on March 22, 2022 for Seafood Market Trends Going Forward.

Description

One of the most significant impacts of COVID-19 on seafood markets has been the accelerated and maintained shift in seafood sales from wholesale/food service to retail. Now, and going forward, producers need to understand how retail marketing and pricing trends are re-shaping consumer demands for high quality/sustainable seafood. This session will feature professionals from the retail sector and academia discussing current and emerging retail trends for seafood, including ever-increasing e-commerce platforms.
