The Nova Scotia Department of Agriculture is hosting an Innovations in Agriculture event on February 5^th and 6^th, 2025 at the Halifax Trade and Convention Centre.

Free booth space is being offered to a limited number of organizations and companies with a focus on clean energy research and equipment, or innovative digital agriculture services and technologies for producers. Interested applicants must supply their own table, lighting and display materials (electricity and two chairs will be provided.)

Booths will reside in Argyle Room 1 at the Convention Centre – the same area where event networking breaks and meals will take place, ensuring steady traffic throughout the day. This space will also be home to an Event Reception on the evening of February 5th, hosted by the Minister of Agriculture, giving participants a further chance to showcase their work to event participants and special guests.

The conference organizing committee will promote the booths to conference participants before and during the Innovations in Agriculture on the Perennia website and through social media.

Booths can be set up on February 5^th between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m and dismantled after 3:00 p.m.  on February 6^th. By submitting this expression of interest, you confirm that someone will be available at your booth between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on February 5^th, and 8:30 am to 3:00 p.m. on February 6^th.  If a member of your team wishes to attend any event sessions, the booth cannot be left unattended.
