Session Description

Thinking about starting a seafood processing business in Nova Scotia? If you plan to cook, cut, freeze, package or store seafood for sale, this session will help inform you of how to meet CFIA’s Safe Food for Canadians Regulations. Learn about what you need to set up your facility, including considerations for your facility plan, approved construction materials, and food safety documents you will be required to keep. Perennia’s Quality and Food Safety specialists will be on hand to answer your questions.
