Session Description

Join us for an insightful webinar focused on “selling” Best Management Practices (BMPs) under the On-Farm Climate Action Fund. While we excel at marketing agricultural products, effectively promoting environmentally safe practices can be challenging. We’re thrilled to welcome Ruth McCabe, a conservation expert from Iowa, who will share her experiences in increasing BMP adoption in her region. Following her visit to Nova Scotia in September where she discussed bridging gaps and overcoming barriers in implementing BMPs, Ruth will provide valuable strategies and insights for our local agricultural systems. Don’t miss this opportunity to enhance your understanding and learn how to better advocate for sustainable practices.
