Session Description
Join viticulturists Andrew Moon and Katarina Vucic as we discuss vineyard profitability. This webinar will show how production costs translate into a practical annual vineyard budget. Using an Atlantic Canada lens, we’ll break down key cost categories—labour, inputs, equipment, overhead and climate-related risks—and demonstrate how to organize them into a clear budgeting framework.
Participants will learn how to interpret cost of production data, allocate expenses across the growing season and use budgeting to support planning, decision-making and financial sustainability, with attention to common regional cost pressures and year-to-year variability.
