Achieving Gold HACCP certification

Perennia Quality and Food Safety Specialist, Elaine Grant, began working with Fancy Lebanese Bakery in the fall of 2014. The bakery opted for a gap assessment to the vendor specific requirements to help identify any gaps they had in their current process and program. From there, a full program was developed and implemented in conjunction with the owners.

Result
Since their successful audit in late 2014 where they achieved a gold HACCP certification, they opted to have annual pre-audit assistance to ensure their program is up-to-date and meets current audit requirements in order for them to maintain access to the large consumer market offered by this leading retailer.
