Session Description

Advanced CanadaGAP is a refresher on the CanadaGAP manual, a review of changes to the manual, and a discussion on avoiding common non-conformances.  

To qualify for the advanced ½ day workshop session the farm must have been certified for 3 years AND the participant in this workshop is the farm representative that participated in those audits. 

CanadaGAP is a GFSI-recognized food safety program developed to promote Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) for Fresh Fruit and Vegetable suppliers who produce, pack and store and Good Manufacturing Practices and HACCP programs for repackers and wholesalers.
